Terms & Conditions of Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non refundable and ineligible for credit or cash refunds. A gift voucher can be used toward the upgrade of services of equal or greater value (time or monetary) with the difference payable by the client where applicable. Vouchers are only transferable upon request of original purchaser and at the discretion of Little Bird Styling. Vouchers are for use on Weekdays (Mon-Fri) unless otherwise negotiated with Little Bird Styling. If a gift certificate is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission, a replacement will not be provided in these circumstances. Resale of any voucher from Little Bird Styling is prohibited. Gift vouchers cannot be combined with other vouchers and are not valid with other promos and offers. An extension or cancellation of a voucher is at the discretion of Little Bird Styling and must be used 3 years from the date of purchase. Additional travel fees, service increases and charges may apply in some circumstances and will be disclosed at the time of booking or voucher purchase.  Little Bird Styling reserves the right to change any of these Terms and Conditions at any time.  Changes will be effective from the date they are posted to our Website, this form or on Gift vouchers, or from the future date we specify.
